Acceptance of Terms: These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the UX Design Job Masterclass (the “Masterclass”) offered by Corey Nelson by way of UX Advanced Individual Training, LLC (The Company). By registering for the Masterclass, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to use the Masterclass in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not join the Masterclass.
2. Accuracy of Information: The Masterclass is intended to provide helpful information to users. However, The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided through the Masterclass. The information provided through the Masterclass is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
3. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the Masterclass, including but not limited to trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, and patents, are owned by The Company. You may not use any of the intellectual property for any purpose outside of the Masterclass without the express written consent of The Company.
4. Advertiser Relationships: The Masterclass may include advertisements or sponsorships from third parties. These advertisements are not endorsed or guaranteed by The Company. You should conduct your own investigation into the products or services advertised and make your own decisions regarding the suitability of these products or services.
5. Payment Policy: Payment may be made through Stripe payment processing. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. The Company does not offer refunds on this cohort based product.
6. Termination: The Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate your access to the Masterclass at any time and without notice for non-compliance of these terms or other adverse actions against The Company, its students, clients, representatives, or advertisers. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Masterclass and any fees paid are non-refundable.
7. Notification Provisions: The Company will provide notice to you via email or through the uxdesignjob.com website. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up-to-date and for checking your email and the website regularly for any notices from The Company.

These Terms are binding and enforceable against you and The Company. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

This document was last updated on 2/29/2023. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the Masterclass after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
